Property Insurance
This policy covers the physical assets of your facility or treatment center from losses due to fire, theft, storms and other natural disasters. The policy covers clients’ property as well as the physical property including the contents of the building such as merchandise and furniture and will also cover cost income and incurred expenses relating to business interruption due to covered damages. Other items covered include buildings, structures, equipment, machinery, inventory, commercial autos, computers, media equipment and peripheral devices; costs incurred to research, replace or repair lost or damaged data and software (includes portable or mobile, equipment and media).

Crime Insurance
This policy provides several different types of crime coverage, such as: employee theft and dishonesty; forgery or alteration coverage; inside monies and securities, inside robbery, computer fraud coverage; funds transfer fraud coverage and others.

General Liability Insurance
This policy covers claims such as trips and falls on your premises, or fire damage caused by you, an employee or client at your facility or treatment center.  Claims cover crisis response, medical costs, compensatory damages, attorney fees, judgments, court fees and more.

Professional Liability Insurance
This policy covers you and your employees, volunteers, employed nurses, psychiatrists, psychologists, medical directors and administrators, for any loss due to errors or omissions. When a client sues for negligence, this policy will protect you from court and judgment costs, attorney fees and other defense expenses, as well as final settlements.

Sexual and Physical Abuse Liability Insurance
This policy goes beyond the General Liability policy and covers allegations of sexual abuse against you and your organization’s employees, volunteers, employed nurses, psychiatrists, psychologists, medical directors and administrators.  The policy covers costs from court and judgments, attorney fees and other defense expenses, as well as final settlements.

Commercial Auto Insurance
This policy covers accidents caused by you and your organization’s employees and volunteers, or from theft or natural disaster and helps to repair or replace the vehicle, pay for medical expenses or loss related to injuries, and keep your business rolling.

Workers Compensation
This policy protects both you and your organization’s employees, and in some cases volunteers, in the event of a workplace injury or death.
